Youth & Children Programs

A child who witnesses domestic violence is any way seeing or hearing it take place, seeing the aftermath, or by sensing it may take place or has occurred is victimized as a result the emotional scars can carry serious long term consequences. We offer groups and advocacy for these children.

General Advocacy

Individual support for children who have witnessed or experienced violence, support groups for children and teens, saftey planning, assistance within systems, medical advocacy, 24hr crisis line, drop-in center, safe housing information.

Legal Advocacy

Help with Orders for Protection, accompaniment to court hearings, information about legal processes involving children, information and referral.

Community Education

Trainings and presentations for community groups, organizations and schools are available on the effects of witnessing domestic violence, bullying, dating violence, comflict resoultion and related topics.
